BAM BAM Tyres – Return & Exchange Policy

At BAM BAM Tyres, we take pride in providing quality products and exceptional service. To maintain fairness and consistency, we kindly ask all customers to review our return and exchange policy below. Returns & Exchanges We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: Unused Condition - Tyres must be in brand-new condition, with no signs of use or installation. - If the tyre has been fitted or used on the road, it cannot be returned under any circumstance. Original Stickers Intact - All manufacturer stickers and labels must be intact and unremoved. - Tyres without these identifying stickers are considered used and are not eligible for return. Time Frame Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges. This fee covers handling, inspection, and reinventory costs. Non-Returnable Items Tyres that have been: - Mounted or fitted - Driven on - Modified or altered in any way These items are strictly non-returnable. 📞 Need Help?
